Jet Airways

After 5 days of halt, Jet airways become operational on yesterday (Sept 13, 2009). Jet airways management decided to withdrew all cases against pilot including contempt of court. Will someone take up this case as PIL(because the strike is pure contempt of court.) so that such incident never ever happens again??
